Description
Adjunct Professor of Finance and Program Manager David Kaczorowski will be giving you a taste of his dynamic Finance lectures with this relevant topic for today's graduates - "Networking: What is it & why should you do it?" Statistics suggest that as many as 70% to 80% of corporate jobs never reach the public eye, and are instead filled through a contact network. In my years as a financial professional I have developed a framework for approaching the task of networking, from finding potential contacts to using them to land a job. In this special lecture I will profile my process, as well as suggest ways of getting over the emotional challenges of networking, and even making it fun.
